Per our neighborhood Declaration of Restrictions, the Architectural Committee and approval process is mandatory for all exterior changes on your home or property. The response turnaround time is usually 3 business days after you complete the on-line request and provide any necessary samples/pictures, etc. Please allow for time for possible requested changes from the committee before planning or hiring your crew(s).
